To get you started, Crates Hyperglitch plugin comes with several presets. These each feature a different art style and intensity.
Crates HyperGlitch also includes a transition for Premiere Pro!
This is a separate plugin that works identically to the main HyperGlitch plugin, with the bonus of being a drag & drop transition. Locate the plugin in the Transition dropdown menu, and drag it on the intersection between two clips. This will automatically add the transition to that point in time, blending the two videos together seamlessly.
You'll be able to fully customize the look of your glitch transition, such as the preset, intensity, art-styles and distortions.
By dragging the sides of the transition control area, you can control the duration of your glitch transition, whether you want it to be quick and snappy, or slow and intense.
The standard glitch plugin also works on it's own in Premiere Pro, so you can add a realtime Glitch Effect to your video - which works far better than using an overlay effect.
Crates Hyperglitch uses the GPU to process highly detailed glitches at incredible speeds, allowing you to apply it to your footage and preview the glitches in realtime.
Crates HyperGlitch is compatible on Windows and Mac devices on the latest versions of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
